We offer premium posters (starting at $24), canvas wraps (starting at $59), framed prints (starting at $79), metal prints, and mugs — all featuring your custom AI-generated pet portrait. Each product is available in multiple sizes.

Prices range from $24 for a standard poster up to $142 for a large framed canvas. Standard shipping is always free. Express shipping is available for an additional $12.

Clear, well-lit photos work best. A photo where your pet's face is visible and in focus will produce the best results. Natural daylight is ideal. Avoid blurry or very dark photos — the AI works best with high-quality source images.

Yes! We support multi-pet portraits where multiple pets appear in a single artwork. When you start your order, select the multi-pet option and upload photos of each pet. Choose from styles like Family Portrait, Royal Duo, or Squad Goals.

You can regenerate your artwork before placing an order — it's free to try different styles. After you're happy with the preview and place an order, if the printed product has quality issues or looks significantly different from the preview, we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may take an additional 5-10 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the recipient's responsibility.

Yes. Your photos are stored in Supabase, a secure cloud storage service. We use your photo only to generate your artwork and fulfill your order. We never sell or share your photos with third parties. You can request deletion of your photos at any time.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

At the moment, orders need to be placed fresh each time. We're working on an order history feature so you can easily reorder favorites. In the meantime, contact us at support@tailframed.com if you want to reorder a specific portrait.

Yes. Once you purchase, you receive a personal and commercial license to the generated artwork — you can print it, share it, use it on products, etc. The artwork is uniquely yours.
