Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Every TailFramed order comes with our satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a product that has a quality defect, is damaged in transit, or is significantly different from the approved preview, we'll replace it or refund you — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email us at support@tailframed.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
  3. We'll review your request within 1-2 business days and respond with next steps.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Replacement orders are submitted to production immediately and follow our standard shipping timeline.
